Honey Bee Swarms
Bee swarms are most often found in the spring when the nectar flow hits. This is the natural way honey bees reproduce. A few examples of where you will find these swarms are on fence posts, vehicles, sides of homes, and in trees. It is important if you find a swarm that you do not spray or destroy it. Typically, the bees are gentle when swarming as they are not defending any food or brood stores.
